I had a lovely stay for three nights in a standard double room, where I really appreciated the daily housekeeping and the modern design of the space. It was nice to unwind with a good book in the cozy lounge area or take a short jog in the nearby park. Not a big deal, but I would have liked an extra electrical outlet next to the bed for my CPAP machine. 😊

Spent a night at this spot and loved how close it was to Buckingham Palace and the War Rooms. The staff was super friendly, especially Jason who made our experience even better by upgrading our room! Just a heads up, the rooms were on the smaller side and they charged for water at the front desk, which was a bit annoying. Breakfast in the room was a nice touch, though!

My recent stay was fantastic! The Standard Double Room was clean and comfortable, complemented by the convenience of a kitchenette for late-night snacks. The hotel's prime location, just a short walk to both Victoria Station and key attractions, made it an ideal base for exploring London. The staff went above and beyond to assist us, which truly enhanced our experience. I found the room slightly snug, which might not suit everyone.

The eggs Benedict at The Phoenix were an absolute dream, and just a skip down the road! Plus, the room had cool amenities like a microwave and Nespresso machine. A tidy place to crash after a day of munching and exploring!

Immaculate room, convenient location, the kitchenette was extremely helpful with a flat-screen TV and excellent coffee and tea in the room, making our short stay comfortable and enjoyable, and it's just a quick walk to the underground station for easy travel around the city.
